Welcome to the Rooted Childhood Podcast.

Rooted Childhood is a resource that is used with your young children to inspire us to slow down, connect, grow and have fun. It is rooted in the belief that every child deserves to know the deep roots of connection and that it can create opportunities to nourish the child’s head, heart, and hands without feeling rushed and overwhelmed.

In this premiere episode, we learn about Meghann Dibrell the creator of Rooted Childhood and the story of how Rooted Childhood came to be. We also learn about Meghann’s challenging childhood and how it has shaped the way she parents today. The Rooted Childhood podcast series will explore the ideas of a slow childhood, we’ll hear stories from mothers who survived the trenches, learn how to create simple moments of connections in your home and more. Meghann’s hope is that this podcast provides insight to inspire but not to complicate our parenting.

I would love for you to listen to the intro episode and let me know your thoughts! I welcome any feedback on music, editing, pacing, the flow of ideas, topics- everything! DM me on Instagram or email me at [email protected] and let me know what you think.
